Aquamarine is about a mermaid who is looking for love. The person she choses is Raymond, the local life guard. Their dynamic and the aesthetic of the movie was my inspiration for the look of the album. Also, the challenge was to create a design that expresses this story using symbolism; therefore, how I expressed that was having a mermaid tail represent Aquamarine and a man on a surfboard represent Raymond.
