During the printing process, I printed the design on paper meant for heat and water protectant, in which would be printed in reverse orientation. Then, I would place the print in the middle of the mug and use heat protectant tape to hold it in place while I place the mug in the machine. This machine would allow the print to place on the mug through amounts of heat. Once the mug was taken out the machine it would need to cool off. When the mug is at room temperature, I would then peel off the paper and allow for the print to smoothly be shown on the mug.

When discussing the print itself, I was inspired by vintage styled Christmas prints that utilized line work with flat images. The font I used was Rafaella to add to the whimsical feel. For the color palette, I went with the classic Christmas colors of red (#a33636) and green (#18562D).
